Job Purpose:
Recruiting skilled and committed professionals, primarily for the Foundation’s work in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihood. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling and candidate management.

- Ambikapur – Chhattisgarh
- Ranchi and Simdega - Jharkhand
- Kalaburagi and Hosapete – Karnataka
- Khargone and Sagar - Madhya Pradesh
- Barmer - Rajasthan
- Almora and Srinagar - Uttarakhand
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment. Prior experience of handling recruitment / programs for social sector will be an added advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (written & verbal) for Karnataka region Kannada & English (written & verbal).
- Willingness to work closely with field teams and multiple stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and outreach
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Maintain hiring data and recruitment trackers
