We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Relations Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for the complete employee lifecycle — from offer release and onboarding through day-to-day engagement, grievance handling, compliance, and smooth exit formalities. The role has a particular focus on managing remote and client-site deployed employees across geographies.
1. Offer & Pre-Onboarding
Draft, review, and release Offer Letters and Appointment Letters in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation: educational certificates, ID proofs, background verification, and reference checks.
Maintain a pre-onboarding tracker and ensure zero-delay joinee experience.
2. HRMS & Attendance Management
Perform accurate and timely entries in the HRMS for new joiners, transfers, and exits.
Own attendance management — track leave, regularisation, and shift data; resolve discrepancies promptly.
Generate MIS reports from HRMS for payroll inputs and management review.
3. Statutory Compliance
Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC registrations, monthly filings, and related employee queries.
Maintain awareness of applicable labour laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors during compliance assessments.
4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Management
Conduct regular connects with employees (especially remote and client-deployed staff) to build rapport and gauge satisfaction.
Address grievances promptly, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the resolution process.
Implement retention initiatives and escalate high-risk attrition cases proactively.
5. Exit Formalities
Manage end-to-end exit process: resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, NOC, clearance, and experience letters.
Conduct structured exit interviews; analyse feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and asset recovery.
6. Insurance & Benefits Administration
Manage group health insurance — enrolments, deletions, claims coordination, and annual renewals.
Administer other employee benefit schemes and keep employees informed of entitlements.
7. Remote & Client-Site Employee Management
Serve as the single point of contact for employees deployed at client locations or working remotely.
Ensure remote employees feel included, informed, and supported through structured touchpoints.
Liaise with client HR teams where required to address deployment-related issues.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
4–5 years of relevant experience in an HR / Employee Relations role.
Prior experience managing remote or client-deployed employees is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and at least one HRMS platform.
