About the Role :
Saman Kaksh -Airattix,Ayodhya is looking for a proactive and customer-focused "Unit Incharge-Luggage Storage" to manage day-to-day luggage storage operations, coordinate with the Sales Team, maintain customer records, ensure safe luggage handling, and provide a smooth, secure, and hassle-free customer experience.
The role requires strong coordination skills, customer handling ability, operational management, and the capability to support business growth by understanding customer requirements, suggesting creative ideas, and assisting the Sales Team in developing strategies to increase bookings and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer bookings, service updates, operational requirements, and smooth execution of daily activities.
- Manage end-to-end luggage storage operations, including luggage tagging, tracking, verification, and CRM updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, booking details, luggage status, and operational reports.
- Guide customers regarding luggage drop-off, pickup procedures, storage policies, and service-related queries.
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure proper safety, security, and organization of stored luggage as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the office and storage facility.
- Monitor daily operations and coordinate with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and daily activity updates.
- Identify customer needs and share feedback with the Sales Team to improve services.
- Support business growth by suggesting customer engagement activities and strategies to increase bookings.
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably from a Marketing background.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data management.
- Sales coordination and team collaboration skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace.
