About the Role
Techno Music India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and music-savvy Ares Sales Manager to develop and expand the Techno Guitars dealer network across Uttar Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new dealers, building strong relationships with music retailers and academies, generating orders, supporting in-store branding, and driving sales growth across the assigned territory.
Candidates with experience in musical instruments, retail sales, FMCG, consumer electronics, or dealer/distributor development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Techno Guitars dealer network across Uttar Pradesh.
- Identify, visit, and onboard new musical-instrument retailers and dealers.
- Travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh to develop new markets and strengthen existing dealer relationships.
- Present Techno Guitars' product range, pricing, schemes, and dealer benefits.
- Generate leads and convert prospective retailers into active dealers.
- Collect dealer orders and coordinate with the central team for fulfilment.
- Build strong relationships with music-store owners, dealers, distributors, and music academy heads.
- Drive product visibility and in-store branding at dealer locations.
- Distribute catalogues, dealer kits, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Capture store branding and merchandising photographs and share them with the central team.
- Track dealer performance, follow up on leads, and ensure regular order generation.
- Submit weekly visit reports, sales reports, and lead updates.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities within the territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in Uttar Pradesh.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in field sales, territory sales, retail sales, FMCG, or dealer/distributor development is preferred.
- Experience in the musical-instrument industry will be a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of guitars and Western musical instruments is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.
- Own two-wheeler, smartphone, and laptop are required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; English communication will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation and Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month
Additional: Performance-based incentives
