The Senior HR Manager will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR strategy. Experience in manufacturing and strong leadership skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including hiring, training, and employee relations
- Monitor and manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Work with management to improve team performance and company culture
- Ensure company policies follow labour laws and safety regulations
- Handle employee issues and resolve conflicts when needed
- Manage payroll, benefits, and HR records
- Support workforce planning and staff development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
