Scope of the role:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide information about our real estate projects.
- Answer queries and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure continued interest and address any concerns.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to nurture leads.
- Schedule site visits for prospective clients to showcase our projects.
- Coordinate with the on-site sales team to ensure seamless client visits.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding client interest and any issues faced.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead engagement and site visits.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client issues promptly and professionally.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets that align with company objectives.
- Contribute to the company's business and revenue goals by ensuring high-quality lead servicing and effective client engagement.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
