We’re looking for a Peoplex Coordinator who can :
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for select roles at
Jumbotail, from sourcing suitable candidates to successfully closing positions.
- Collaborate with recruitment vendors, managing the entire vendor lifecycle to
ensure effective sourcing and selection of candidates.
- Enhance the hiring manager experience by meticulously scheduling and
coordinating interviews, maintaining a high standard of quality in the hiring
process.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports tracking hiring progress and
interview outcomes across various functions, keeping management informed of
developments.
- Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities across all Jumbotail
stores, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach by conducting on-the-ground assessments to
understand and address employee grievances effectively.
- Provide guidance to the growth team to meet revenue goals.
