Role Summary
As a Process Excellence Analyst, you'll support Improvement projects from the ground up. You'll learn to map processes, gather and analyze data, and help implement solutions. You'll work closely with experienced practitioners who will mentor you in Lean Six Sigma, and analytics methods. No prior work experience is required — we're looking for curiosity, structured thinking, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and mapping existing business processes (workflows, SOPs, process flowcharts).
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support root-cause analysis and help quantify the impact of proposed changes.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track process performance and key metrics (e.g., turnaround time, quality, productivity).
- Participate in improvement projects and workshops — taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on tasks.
- Help pilot and roll out new processes or tools, including basic user documentation and training support.
- Operations Efficiency Improvement using AI agent, Agentic resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and share findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline; Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related fields are a plus).
- Good working knowledge of MS Suite and G-Suite, comfort learning new tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take feedback, with a collaborative attitude.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to process improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) — academic or certification-level (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt).
- 3+ years Experience in Transition, Service Delivery, Business Optimization
- Internship or project experience involving data analysis or process work.
- Interest in the media, broadcast, or digital content industry.

Responsibilities include safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing mandatory security awareness training, reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities immediately, and ensuring that daily operations comply with our rigorous data protection protocols.
