About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sample collection, processing, and laboratory operations, along with a strong understanding of hematology workflows and laboratory best practices.
Responsibilities:-
1. Sample Collection
- Collect and transport samples from various diagnostic labs to the office, ensuring proper handling and integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample transportation and storage.
- Perform blood sample collection (phlebotomy) when required.
- Record and document sample details, including abnormalities, in structured formats (e.g., Excel).
2. Sample Processing
- Operate hematology analyzers, including running controls and managing consumables.
- Process peripheral blood smears, urine, and fecal samples as per established protocols.
- Perform sample preparation, staining, and handling with high accuracy.
3. Quality & Compliance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free laboratory environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
4. Validation Studies
- Assist in executing validation studies for medical devices in Bangalore or outside Bangalore, if required.
- Prior experience in clinical validation studies is desirable.
- Support documentation and reporting of validation results.
5. Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to travel for sample collection and validation activities, if required.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- B.Sc. in a relevant field or DMLT certification.
- Certified phlebotomist.
- Minimum 06- 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting and sample processing roles.
- Hands-on experience with hematology analyzers and biological sample processing.
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Good documentation and basic computer skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
