- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, curries, breads, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations for the Indian cuisine section.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering raw materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen team members.
