Job Overview:
We are looking for a BPO(Broker Price Opinion) Research Analyst to handle real estate orders. The role involves researching property data, verifying details, and processing client orders accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate BPO orders (property research & verification)
- Collect and analyze property-related data from online sources
- Prepare and submit accurate reports within deadlines
- Review property details such as ownership, location, and valuation
- Maintain quality and follow client guidelines
- Coordinate with team leads for order updates
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of real estate / BPO process
- Experience in data research and analysis
- Familiarity with MS Excel and online research tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Eligibility:
- Freshers with good research skills can apply
- Experienced candidates in real estate BPO preferred
Salary / Payout:
- Based on per order / monthly basis (negotiable)
