Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review MEP tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Float enquiries, coordinate with vendors, and manage the tendering process.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluation of vendor quotations.
- Perform rate analysis and cost comparison for MEP packages.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) and recommendation notes.
- Draft Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Contract Agreements.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, QS, and Finance teams.
- Review variation orders, extra items, and contract amendments.
- Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Support billing certification and final account settlement.
- Maintain contract documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
Education : Diploma in electrical & Mechanical engineering

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
