Job Summary
The Registration Officer will be responsible for handling citizen queries and complaints received through calls related to Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and Government Hospitals. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns as per the prescribed question bank, and validating records to ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls and address queries related to PHCs and Government Hospitals.
- Resolve caller complaints and provide appropriate guidance based on the approved question bank.
- Register and update caller information accurately in the system.
- Validate records and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain call quality standards and follow established protocols.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with callers.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Any Specialization) preferred.
Experience
- Fresher to 1 year of experience.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle queries professionally and empathetically.
- Attention to detail and record validation skills.
Language Requirement
