- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives through proactive sales activities and effective negotiation.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Analyze customer preferences and industry developments to position our products effectively in the market.
International Sales:
- Manage international procurement activities, including sourcing raw materials and negotiating contracts with global suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export documentation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and achieve sustainable growth in international markets.
- Identify opportunities for product development or customization to meet specific market demands and customer requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for management review.
