Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Respond to enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and phone calls.
- Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain enquiry records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding student admissions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
Pay: ₹7,515.87 - ₹30,831.21 per month
