Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Delight Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the voice of Ugaoo — assisting customers across multiple channels, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction at every step of their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Handle pre-order, post-order, and product advice queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and in line with company policies

Coordinate with internal teams to address grievances and special requests

Maintain accurate customer records on the company platform

Provide product information, order updates, and post-sales support

Report and escalate issues to the relevant teams when required
