ZIVENTRA is hiring: Data Analyst (BFSI Domain)
Location: Gurgaon / Goregaon
Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience in the BFSI domain, strong data analytics capabilities, and expertise in reporting, visualization, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from relational databases and data warehouses Develop Python-based automation scripts for reporting, data processing, and reconciliation activities Automate repetitive reporting workflows to improve data accuracy and efficiency Track analytics tasks, sprints, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and present actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with business teams to support data-driven decision-making
Required Skills: Advanced SQL (Complex Queries, Joins, Window Functions, Stored Procedures) Python & Git (Pandas, NumPy, Automation Scripting, Data Wrangling) AWS Redshift (Data Warehousing, Cluster Management, Query Optimization) ETL Automation & Scheduled Jobs Tableau / Power BI / Dashboarding Tools JIRA & ConfluencePreferred Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst BFSI domain experience is mandatory Experience working with large datasets and reporting automation Strong understanding of data visualization and analytics processes
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple priorities
