We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure excellent customer experience. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with prior experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and train staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
- Handle staff scheduling and coordination
- Monitor inventory and operational activities
Requirements
- 2–5 years of restaurant/hospitality experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle operations in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Facilities
- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
