About the Role
Helett Enterprises LLP is seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and professional Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with mandatory fluency in both Hindi and English. Candidates with native-level Hindi proficiency will be given preference. This role requires strong customer service capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and service documentation.
- Support customer engagement, retention, and relationship management initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports, feedback records, and performance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer service best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Native Hindi speakers will be given preference.
- Prior experience in customer service, customer relations, telecalling, client support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
