Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing technology team and help maintain the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and integration platforms.
Role Summary
As the last line of defense before production, you will own manual and automated testing activities across our multi-region e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth customer journeys from browsing to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive test cases for catalog, search, cart, checkout, order, and account management workflows.
Execute regression, smoke, and functional testing before each release.
Test end-to-end payment workflows, including failures, refunds, and partial refunds.
Validate third-party integrations, including ERP systems, customer engagement platforms, messaging services, and shipping integrations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Report defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
2+ years of Software QA experience, preferably in e-commerce or transactional platforms.
Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, including regression, boundary, negative, and smoke testing.
Experience with at least one automation testing framework (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
Familiarity with browser developer tools, network inspection, and basic SQL queries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience testing Arabic or RTL (Right-to-Left) interfaces.
Exposure to mobile application testing on iOS and Android.
Understanding of API testing tools and methodologies.
Pay: ₹311,523.32 - ₹1,374,296.12 per year
