Position: Research and Development Executive
Location: Swargate, Pune
Age Preference: 25–35 Years
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed research on residential and commercial real estate projects across assigned markets.
2. Identify and evaluate new project launch opportunities for potential mandate acquisition.
3. Gather information on developers, project specifications, pricing, inventory, approvals, and market positioning.
4. Track and analyze competitor projects, pricing trends, offers, and sales strategies.
5. Analyse and verify the legal documentation for the projects and their land ownership.
6. Maintain and update project databases, developer profiles, and market intelligence reports.
7. Prepare project comparison sheets, market reports, and feasibility analyses for management review.
8. Coordinate with developers to collect project-related information, marketing collaterals, and inventory updates.
9. Monitor real estate market trends, infrastructure developments, and policy changes impacting the sector.
10. Support the sales and marketing teams with accurate project information and research-based insights.
11. Verify project data through primary and secondary research methods.
12. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection and research processes.
13. Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on research findings and market developments.
Required Skills
1. Strong analytical and research skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
3. Basic knowledge of legal language and documentation, preferably a law graduate.
4. Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
6. Ability to interpret market data and generate meaningful insights.
7. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
8. Freshers with strong analytical aptitude or experienced candidates from real estate research, market intelligence, or business analysis backgrounds are welcome.
