- Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid experience in manufacturing hirings
- Experience in hiring for leadership and senior-level positions.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good communication skills in Hindi will be an added advantage
