Your Key Responsibilities
- Purchase planning and order placement
- Stock receiving and GRN entries
- Inventory management and stock audits
- Department-wise stock issues and indent management
- Vendor coordination and price comparisons
- Purchase documentation and record keeping
- Vendor payment coordination
- MIS reporting and cost control support
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates (Trainee) or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Hospitality, retail, inventory, procurement, or supply chain experience will be an added advantage
