Job Description
We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as a Retail Store Manager. As part of our retail sales team, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our retail locations, managing staff, setting merchandising and sales goals, resolving customer complaints, and working to increase sales and customer satisfaction wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs
- Supervise, train, and motivate Sales Executives (Fashion Consultants)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards as per company policies
- Handle store reporting, billing supervision, and cash management
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions
Requirements
- Mininmum qualification is plustwo
- 3+ years experience in retails, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and reporting
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
