Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs Manage joining formalities and documentation Conduct employee onboarding and induction 2. Employee Management Maintain employee records and HR database Handle employee queries and grievances Ensure discipline and company policy adherence 3. Attendance & Payroll Support Track daily attendance, leaves, and shifts Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing Maintain leave records and approvals 4. Performance Management Track employee performance and targets Assist in performance reviews Handle non-performance cases and warnings 5. Compliance & Documentation Ensure company policies are followed Maintain HR documents and legal compliance records Draft HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, etc.) 6. Field & Operational Support (if required) Coordinate with sales/field teams Monitor employee productivity and reporting Required Skills: Strong communication & coordination skills Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks Good in MS Excel and documentation Problem-solving and decision-making ability Qualification: Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred) 0–3 years of experience in HR
