About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who can strategically grow brand visibility, engagement, leads, and website traffic through social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of social media marketing, content planning, branding, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.
In addition to social media expertise, candidates must have a working understanding of SEO, website ranking strategies, and content optimization. Experience working with international clients and websites is highly preferred.
The candidate should be proactive, growth-oriented, data-driven, and willing to work on different industries, markets, and business domains.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage social media presence across multiple platforms.
Content & Engagement
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, shorts, stories, and videos.
- Create content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Increase audience engagement and follower growth.
- Manage community interactions and brand reputation.
SEO & Organic Growth Support
- Support SEO initiatives through social media content distribution.
- Optimize social content for discoverability and search visibility.
- Drive traffic from social channels to websites and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to improve content reach and authority.
Paid Campaign Support
- Assist in managing Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics.
- Generate leads through social media campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend strategic improvements based on data insights.
