Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
About the Role
Chess Titans Academy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about chess and teaching. As a Chess Coach Trainee, you will assist in conducting chess classes, guiding students, and developing your coaching skills under experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting online and offline chess classes.
- Teach basic to intermediate chess concepts to students.
- Help students improve their tactical and strategic understanding.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Support tournament preparation and practice sessions.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in coach training and development programs.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of chess.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children and beginners.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a chess coach.
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience playing chess tournaments.
- School, university, district, state, or national-level chess participation.
- Chess coaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
