The Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their campus / early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues. The Recruiter will work closely with the Team Lead (TL), Manager (CSM), Senior Manager (SM) recruiters & coordinators to ensure high-quality recruitment services and a smooth recruitment process. Role & Responsibilities:
Candidate / University relationship Management:
- Assist in building relationships with placement committees, faculty coordinators, and student groups.

Support Campus Recruiting Lead in executing branding initiatives like tech talks, campus competitions, and info sessions.

Screen candidates pre sending to stakeholders- ensuring the candidate slate has diverse talent representation

Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and appropriate frequent communication is deployed by coordinator
Stakeholder Management:

Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders ( Hiring Managers/BU COO’s), understanding their needs and the skills required by candidates to succeed within their division and teams

Manage Morgan Stanley presence at target universities/colleges, always ensuring getting value for money out of the agreements and the listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates

Required to keep up to date with external recruitment practices, having gathered relevant market intelligence
Operation Excellence:
- Work with Campus Lead and stakeholders to support the annual recruitment and forecasting process and requirements

Work closely with Campus Recruitment counterparts to align events, attraction materials, and programs where possible

Accountability of events, making sure all logistics are accurately completed and end to end management delivered with perfect execution

Monitor pipelines and talent pools for specific roles/programs to produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting

Analyze recruitment data – provide inputs to campus recruitment lead to improve strategies and processes

Regularly review assessment methodology and materials to ensure the process is fit for purpose

Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement, and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Campus Lead

Accountability of making sure the offer, screening, and on-boarding process is completed efficiently and on time for start date

Accountable in making sure the Interns performance review process runs smoothly and effectively

Facilitate the conversion process

Monitor and ensure data integrity across ATS, & offer trackers

Conducts quality audits and 4-eye checks on coordinators’ deliverables as an SME
