Position: Business Development Intern

Internship Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities, including corporate events, office catering, and bulk order inquiries.
· Coordinate with prospective clients to understand their event requirements, business objectives, and service expectations.
· Attend client meetings alongside the Business Development team and participate in discussions related to event planning and execution.
· Support the preparation of business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely communication and successful business closures.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and event deliverables.
· Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation.
· Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated and eager to learn.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
