Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Global Sales)
Location: 201/202, Abhijit-4, Nr. Pantaloons Showroom, Opp. Mayor’s Bungalow, Law
Garden, Mithakhali, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006.
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Global Time Zone Coverage)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales for
Global customers, focusing on Saas products.
This role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, and closing smaller
deals independently, while collaborating with senior team members on larger
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate leads across global markets via:
Email outreach
LinkedIn prospecting
Online research
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
2.Sales Outreach & Engagement :
Connect with international prospects across time zones
Pitching Saas Products-Solutions
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
3. Deal Closure (Small Ticket Sales):
Independently close smaller deals within defined pricing guidelines
Follow structured sales processes and playbooks
Escalate and collaborate on larger deals
4.CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Track pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics
Share regular updates and insights
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and senior sales teams
Provide feedback to improve campaigns and targeting
KPIs:
Leads generated
Conversion rate
Deals closed (small-ticket)
Revenue contribution
Daily/weekly outreach activity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have
1–4 years in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Lead Generation
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Experience in international sales or global outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Good-to-Have
Experience in SaaS, certifications, or digital products
Exposure to US/EU/APAC markets
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,090.27 per month
