Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager – Sales Presentation & Design Coordination to lead client engagements, design presentations, and pre-sales activities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, conduct design workshops, coordinate with design teams, develop layout plans, and convert design concepts into successful project opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Workshops
- Conduct detailed client meetings and workshops to understand project requirements, business objectives, functional needs, and design preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the design and proposal stage.
Design Pitch & Presentation
- Lead design pitch presentations and project proposal discussions with prospective clients.
- Present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space-planning solutions effectively.
- Showcase the company's design capabilities and turnkey execution expertise to secure business opportunities.
Design Coordination & Conversion
- Coordinate with internal design teams to develop project concepts based on client requirements.
- Guide the preparation and presentation of up to three design options for client evaluation and selection.
- Gather client feedback and ensure incorporation into revised design proposals.
- Drive the conversion of approved designs into commercial proposals and finalized projects.
Layout Planning & Space Optimization
- Review and guide layout planning to ensure optimum space utilization and functionality.
- Work closely with designers to align layouts with client operational and aesthetic requirements.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are practical, cost-effective, and executable.
Business Development & Project Conversion
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and project pitches.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Achieve sales conversion targets and contribute to business growth.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Project Management, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders during the pre-sales phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- 6–12 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Projects, Design Sales, or Business Development.
