Mundhra Masterbatches Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market presence in the Noida region. The ideal candidate should have experience in the masterbatch industry or with masterbatch dealerships and possess strong technical and commercial understanding of plastic applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable masterbatch and additive solutions.
- Collect customer samples, coordinate evaluations, and provide technical recommendations.
- Introduce new products and additives to potential customers and obtain orders and feedback.
- Conduct product trials at customer facilities and ensure successful commercialization of products.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers and deliver product and pricing presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
- Handle dealer management activities, including trial orders, order follow-ups, and regular business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in the Masterbatch Industry or with Masterbatch Dealers/Distributors.
- Strong knowledge of plastics processing, masterbatch applications, and additives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
