Guest Service Associate
Location: Munnar

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
- Uphold the hotel's service standards and hospitality etiquette.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi language proficiency preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
