Core Responsibilities
- Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring construction crews and subcontractors build according to exact engineering standards and structural drawings. [1, 2]
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct regular inspections and material testing (e.g., concrete slump or soil compaction) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications. [1, 2]
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety (OHS) protocols, conduct safety briefings, and ensure all workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). [1]
- Resource Management: Monitor the usage of raw materials and labor, tracking inventory to minimize waste and prevent project delays. [1]
- Technical Problem Solving: Address unexpected site challenges, resolve technical difficulties, and consult with architects or structural engineers to navigate unforeseen soil or structural issues. [1, 2]
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs, track project milestones, and compile technical reports for senior management and stakeholders
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
