- Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the designated industry or region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
