Indian News Communication is a leading organization providing manpower management, attendance management, and social media management services for Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, and public sector organizations. The company actively participates in government procurement through GeM, CPP Portal, various State e-Procurement Portals, and other government tendering platforms.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage end-to-end government tendering activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing technical and commercial bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and supporting business growth through successful participation in government tenders.
Key Responsibilities
· Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPP Portal, State Portals, and other e-procurement websites.
· Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids within prescribed timelines.
· Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Legal, Operations, and Management for required bid documentation.
· Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, affidavits, and compliance documents.
· Maintain tender calendars, MIS reports, bid trackers, and documentation records.
· Monitor corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and tender amendments.
· Handle vendor registrations, OEM authorizations, and portal updates.
· Maintain complete tender documentation for audits and future references.
· Coordinate post-award activities including contract documentation and compliance.
· Build a database of upcoming opportunities and government departments.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
· Junior professionals with relevant tendering knowledge are encouraged to apply.
· Knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, State Tender Portals, and e-procurement processes.
· Strong knowledge of documentation and compliance.
· Excellent MS Excel, Word, and documentation skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
