Customer Success Manager
Experience: 1–3 Years (SaaS/Product-based company experience preferred)
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and guide customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to event execution. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing multiple client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard, train, and support customers on the platform.
- Provide customer support via chat, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful event execution.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
- Document customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology products preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
Tools: Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, Dialpad, Google Workspace.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
