About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Freelance Direct Trainer to conduct training sessions on behalf of Eftapei Global. The trainer will be responsible for delivering our signature programs directly to students and corporate participants at our office as well as at assigned schools, colleges, and corporate premises. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy public speaking, mentoring, and creative facilitation, and who are willing to travel locally for assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person training sessions at Eftapei's office, partner schools/colleges, and corporate client locations as assigned
- Deliver structured content on topics such as Personality Development, Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Handwriting Improvement, and related creative life-skills modules
- Adapt facilitation style to different age groups — from pre-primary and school students to college students and corporate professionals
- Very Comfortable and flexible to work with different age groups.
- Manage classroom/session logistics, attendance, and participant engagement
- Provide feedback reports and session summaries to the Eftapei coordination team
- Represent Eftapei Global professionally at all assigned venues
- Collaborate with the core team on session planning, material preparation, and scheduling
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Develoment team to enhance and create the materails.
- Travel to assigned locations within and around Coimbatore as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Psychology, Education, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- Prior experience in training, teaching, public speaking, or facilitation is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with children, teens, and corporate audiences alike
- Willingness to travel to assigned schools, colleges, and corporate offices
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for ease of commute between venues
- Punctual, adaptable, and professional demeanor
- Passion for personal development, creativity, and mentoring others
