Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition & Market Development
- Visit sanitaryware dealers, distributors, hardware stores, and retail
outlets across Chennai.
- Introduce Neycer’s product portfolio, schemes, and business
opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
- Expand Neycer's retail presence and market coverage within assigned
territories.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealer support and engagement.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and proactive
problem-solving.
Sales & Order Generation
- Generate orders from newly onboarded and existing dealers.
- Track dealer performance and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support dealers in understanding product benefits, pricing, and
promotional offers.
Market Intelligence
1• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product
launches.
- Provide regular market feedback and insights to management.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market gaps.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Record daily sales visits and dealer interactions using CRM and reporting
tools.
- Maintain accurate data on dealer status, orders, and pipeline activities.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Incentive Structure
In addition to a fixed salary, employees will be eligible for uncapped incentives
based on the following milestones:
Milestone 1 – Dealer Registration (Rs 50 per registration)
Earn an incentive for every new dealer successfully onboarded.
Milestone 2 – First Order (Rs 500 per order)
Receive an additional incentive when the dealer places their first order.
Milestone 3 – Repeat Business (Rs 750 per repeat order)
Unlock a third incentive when the dealer places their second order.
There is no cap on incentives. The more dealers you activate and retain, the
higher your earnings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 21 and 24 years preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Based in Chennai or willing to work extensively across Chennai.
- Prior field sales experience in FMCG, building materials, sanitaryware,
paints, tiles, electricals, or related industries is preferred but not
mandatory.
- Good spoken Tamil is essential; basic English communication is
desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
