Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused professional to support individuals exploring international education opportunities. The role involves guiding prospective students, coordinating enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Understand educational goals and provide relevant information on available opportunities.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enquiries.
- Assist in organizing student engagement activities, seminars, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support and communication.
- Contribute to branch-level outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

- Strong relationship management and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in education services, customer engagement, hospitality, banking, EdTech, or client-facing roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
