ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to work closely with our Product organization while bringing a strong technical lens to product definition and execution. This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused primarily on requirements and roadmaps. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, Security, Audit, and Compliance and ensure that the products we build are not only useful, but also technically sound, secure, auditable, and production-ready. You will help translate customer/business requirements into technically executable products, while ensuring that critical considerations such as security, auditability, regulatory compliance, data governance, and operational readiness are built into the product from the beginning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Partner with Product Managers and customers to understand business problems and translate them into technical product requirements. – Work closely with Engineering and AI/ML teams to determine how products should actually be built. – Define detailed product requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints. – Ensure technical feasibility is considered early in product development. – Partner with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies. – Ensure products address: Security Auditability Compliance Data governance Access control Observability Reliability Operational readiness – Work with Security and Compliance teams to incorporate requirements directly into product design. – Define audit trails and explainability requirements for AI-powered workflows. – Help establish appropriate controls for AI agents operating in financial environments. – Translate complex technical concepts into clear product decisions for business stakeholders. – Work with Engineering to prioritize technical debt, platform capabilities, and product-enabling infrastructure. – Support customer POCs and help convert successful POCs into scalable products. – Help Product distinguish between “demo-ready” and “production-ready.” – Contribute to roadmap prioritization based on customer value, technical complexity, risk, and regulatory requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 5–10+ years of experience across technical product management, software engineering, solutions architecture, or a combination. – Strong understanding of modern software development and cloud architectures. – Ability to read and understand APIs, data models, architecture diagrams, and technical designs. – Experience working closely with software engineers and technical teams. – Strong understanding of security, compliance, audit, and data governance concepts. – Excellent requirements-writing and product-definition skills. – Strong ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable technical/product requirements. – Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. – Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is highly desirable. PARTICULARLY VALUABLE – Fintech / financial-services experience. – AI/ML or agentic AI experience. – Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven products. – Experience with enterprise integrations and legacy systems. – Experience taking customer POCs into production. – Familiarity with identity/access management, audit trails, policy engines, and AI governance. Pay: ₹972,317.39 - ₹2,254,340.07 per year
