Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman to prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts based on engineering specifications. The candidate will work closely with the design, production, and engineering teams to create accurate drawings for manufacturing and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software.
- Develop detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings as per engineering requirements.
- Revise and update drawings based on design modifications and project requirements.
- Maintain drawing records, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality departments to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical data.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and drawing practices.
- Support product development and process improvement activities.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draughtsman in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of drafting standards and manufacturing processes.
