Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science based on grade level.
- Conduct laboratory activities and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, tests, and learning materials.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Maintain accurate academic records and attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science and/or Education.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle laboratory equipment and practical sessions.
