Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Maintain candidate database and hiring records.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and biometric data.
- Support payroll preparation and employee data management.
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
