JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling commercial vehicles, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and business networking.
· Promote and sell commercial vehicles to individual customers, transport operators, fleet owners, logistics companies, and corporate clients.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options.
· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
· Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
· Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
· Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
· Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
· Good knowledge of commercial vehicles and the automobile market.
· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years in automobile sales, commercial vehicle sales, fleet sales, or B2B sales.
