Job Summary: The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for contacting prospective clients, scheduling and coordinating site visits, welcoming visitors, conducting site tours, and supporting the sales team throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
- Invite and schedule site visits.
- Welcome clients and ensure a pleasant visit experience.
- Conduct site tours and explain the project and amenities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for pricing and booking discussions.
- Maintain client records and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline,
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client relations, hospitality, customer service, or sales
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pariyaram, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
