THE OPPORTUNITY
As Smart Node scales, the need for stronger operational visibility, process standardization, digitalization, and AI-driven decision-making has become a strategic priority. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, analytics, technology, and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Analytics & MIS
- Design and manage leadership dashboards for sales, operations, production, finance, and business KPIs
- Build structured MIS reporting systems for faster and data-driven decision-making
- Improve reporting visibility, accuracy, and business insights across departments
- Identify data gaps and coordinate with teams to improve reporting discipline
2. AI Identification & Deployment
- Map business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams for AI implementation initiatives
- Evaluate and deploy AI tools across workflows including support, operations, sales, HR, and reporting
- Track adoption, operational impact, and measurable outcomes from AI initiatives
3. ERP Optimization & Digitalization
- Take ownership of Smart Node’s ERP workflows, process mapping, and operational improvements
- Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and digitalization opportunities
- Coordinate ERP enhancements and new module implementations with the Engineering team
- Improve ERP adoption, process compliance, and data hygiene across departments
4. Business Operations & Process Excellence
- Work across departments to identify operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Build and improve SOPs, review systems, and operational workflows
- Coordinate execution between leadership decisions and ground-level implementation
- Drive accountability, process discipline, and operational visibility across teams
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of dashboards, MIS reporting, and business analytics tools
- Familiar with AI tools, workflow automation, and digital systems
