Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) with expertise in Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and ensuring timely preparation of dishes while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes in the Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental sections as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service during operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with prior experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, cloud kitchens, or catering establishments will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
