About the Role
We are an eco-friendly manufacturing company in Rajkot producing premium Bagasse (sugarcane moulded fiber) eco-tableware and packaging products. We are seeking a dedicated Amazon US Account Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our cross-border sales operations on Amazon.com (USA market).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon USA Seller Central, executing low-ACOS PPC ad campaigns, keyword research for eco-friendly products, and coordinating US FBA inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Listing Management: Set up and maintain our Amazon USA Seller Central account, create keyword-rich listings (Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions, A+ Content), and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and US eco-product attributes.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ad campaigns to maintain healthy ACOS/TACOS while boosting sales velocity.
- SEO & Keyword Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research focused on US eco-conscious terminology (e.g., compostable tableware, biodegradable packaging, BPI-certified products).
- Inventory & FBA Operations: Plan and manage stock movement from Rajkot to Amazon US FBA warehouses, keeping track of dimensional weights, storage fees, and restock limits.
- Compliance & Account Health: Monitor daily account metrics, manage customer reviews/inquiries, fix suppressed listings, and ensure eco-certifications are correctly uploaded.
- Reporting: Track monthly sales, profit margins, conversion rates, and ROAS, delivering clear weekly performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon USA Seller Central accounts (experience with US Amazon is strictly required).
- Skills: Strong expertise in Amazon PPC strategy, Keyword Research (SEO), and Amazon FBA workflow.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar Amazon tools.
- Language: Good written English communication skills for customer support and product listings.
