We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tool & Die Maker & Assembly Team Lead to oversee the final fitting, assembly, and tryout of high-precision tools and production dies. In this role, you will be both a master technician and a hands-on leader, directly managing a dedicated shop floor team of 6 to 7 people (including junior die makers, assembly technicians, and trainees). Your primary focus will be to drive efficiency in the assembly line, ensure precise blue matching and alignment, and execute swift die debugging to keep automated production running smoothly.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
